Information from others
We may receive information from partners and resellers who refer you, from carriers and number-porting partners, and from public business sources.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and support the Services, including routing calls, porting numbers and providing E911.
- To respond to quote requests and follow up with you about our Services.
- To operate Voice AI features, including understanding callers, booking appointments, summarizing calls and transferring callers.
- To bill you, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure our network.
- To measure and improve quality, including reviewing demo and support calls.
- To meet legal, regulatory, law-enforcement and emergency-service obligations.
We do not use the content of our customers’ calls, recordings or transcripts to train AI models for anyone else’s benefit.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run the Services, such as telecommunications carriers, voice AI and speech-to-text providers, cloud hosting, CRM, payment processing and email providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With our affiliates within CAB3 Group, which provide related IT and software services.
- With partners or resellers who manage your account, to the extent needed to serve you.
- For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, to respond to emergencies, or to protect our rights and users.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Text messaging: We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is shared with service providers only to deliver messages.
4. Our customers’ data
When a business uses Net3PBX to handle its own calls and messages, that business decides what is recorded and how its callers’ information is used. For that data, we act as a service provider on our customer’s behalf. If you called a business that uses Net3PBX, please contact that business with privacy questions.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to remember preferences, keep forms secure, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements. Call detail records are kept as required by telecommunications rules. Customers control how long their recordings and transcripts are kept within the Services. Website demo recordings are deleted after 90 days unless they are needed to follow up on your request.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (SRTP/TLS), access controls and fraud monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Calls: ask us to place your number on our internal do-not-call list.
- Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@net3pbx.com or call 877-513-6784. We may need to verify your identity before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.
9. Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify customers.
